Having this vital information will allow you to mitigate any negative impact on your business before it effects your brands image with the public and clients, offer training to those who may need help reaching their potential and even promote the right people into higher positions.
My Story
I started my security career 'on the doors' in London in 2014. Around the same time, I also started working for a small but elite events team. I gained experience in corporate security, protestor management and prevention, port security, football response team, large scale events and even fire training. A few years later I added TV and film work to my repertoire and spent many years doing a combination of all of these all over the UK.
I loved every minute of my job and met some amazing people, but there were also things that did not sit right with me. I often worked with people who were:

Not assertive enough to enforce regulations

Nowhere to be seen when things 'kicked off'

Who's temperament exacerbated situations

Who would confiscate drugs/weapons/alcohol only to sell or use it themselves later

Who were brilliant at their jobs but over looked
-
And those who were good workers but left the industry (or company) because nothing was being done about these problematic staff.
After leaving security I decided to make it my mission to help improve the standards for frontline staff, security companies, and the clients that use them as well as changing public perception of the industry.
Thus, Personnel Checker was born...
